Previous retail sales experience is a must preferably in luxury products but it does not necessarily have to be in bridal wear.
The Harrogate Wedding Lounge has a fantastic online presence with a highly regarded website and a strong social media community on Facebook and Twitter. Here, bridal shopping is all about an experience and so you will be required to excel in all areas of the customer experience. Working here can be very physical, dresses are heavy and there are a lot of them but it is great fun.
Role will include;
Dealing with potential new and existing brides in one to one consultations.
Advising on all aspects of bridal attire.
Answering the telephone, dealing with queries and booking appointments
Processing and chasing orders.
Gown Steaming and Preparation
Attending bridal fairs, networking events and fashion shoots
We are looking for someone who can really grab the position and expand their responsibilities as desired.
A can do attitude
A keen eye for detail & a passion for fashion and styling are essential
Excellent Customer Service skills
Basic/Intermediate computer skills required including E-Mail and web some knowledge of design programs for literature and PR projects would be advantageous but not essential.
